An assigned Implementation Specialist for the first 90 days from the start of your Lanetix Subscription Service.
Your Implementation Specialist shall provide assistance with the technical setup, advice and guidance on integrating your existing CRM or other systems with Lanetix, and guidance on developing, managing and executing the workflows.
You will also receive ongoing access to resources including: The Lanetix Support Team, The Lanetix Knowledge Base, and How-To articles.

There are 3 types of users in Lanetix: Administrators, Standard Users, & Collaborators.
Administrators and Standard Users cost the same depending upon your Plan, and are billed annually. The other type of user is a Collaborator, and they're 100% free.
As a Lanetix Administrator, you have the ability to invite other users, manage billing, customize fields and workflows, and bypass security settings.
As a Standard User, you can create, read, update, and delete data. You can join all chat conversations and upload/download files. All Standard Users are subject to security settings where access to view and editing data can be limited.
Collaborator Users have limited access to Lanetix, allowing then to participate in chat, upload files, and view limited pieces of data.
Basic: for every paid user you get 2x free Collaborators.
Premium: for every paid user you get 3x free Collaborators.
Enterprise: for every paid user you get 4x free Collaborators.
